Jim Ginochio specializes in the luxury real estate market spanning the Southbay, Long Beach, Naples Island, Seal Beach, Newport Beach, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, and Palm Springs. Jim’s approach to real estate client representation is simple: treat every client as if they were you’re only one. “They must know that I’m on their side and will be their trusted advisor. Whether it’s selling their property for the highest value, finding and closing on their dream home, or securing a profitable real estate investment, I want my clients to be 100% certain that I have their best interest in mind”.
A California native, Jim understands the history and the geography of the Southern California real estate landscape that he covers. A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Industrial Engineering, he brings a variety of business experiences, ranging from identifying and negotiating market prices and margins for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the U.S., and planning infrastructure to support vehicle manufacturing and distribution in the U.S, Canada, and Mexico.
